Aster & Rose will arrange drop off/pick up if possible, depending on the proximity of the location. For all other orders, the bouquet should be shipped overnight. Aster and Rose will contact you with instructions on shipping.

Flowers may begin to wilt or discolor prior to Aster & Rose receiving the bouquet. For best results, keep florals in water during the event and until floral pick-up or shipping. We will contact you with specific shipping instructions to ensure your flowers arrive as fresh as possible.

Aster & Rose requires a minimum order of $350 and a deposit of $100, which is non-refundable since we have already reserved the date for you. We can try to work with you on getting a new date if that is the issue. Final payment is due prior to shipping the finished product(s) to you. We process payments through Square.

Aster & Rose will finish the project generally between 4-8 months after receiving the bouquet.

Drying the flowers in silica and/or pressing your bouquet is time intensive to ensure your end product is a long-lasting, beautiful keepsake.

Depending on your choice and color of flowers, some may not dry or press as good as others. Whites may yellow and some flowers may change colors during the drying and/or pressing process. Thicker flowers with a higher profile may not press properly. Aster & Rose is not responsible for these changes in flowers and will do everything to prevent this from happening. If your florist has sprayed your flowers, we cannot use them.

If you still have the flowers from the event and they are dry, we can more than likely produce a keepsake you’ll love. If you do not have the flowers anymore, we can obtain the type of flowers you had for an extra cost and still create a personalized keepsake.

Yes, we will send you mock-ups of your pieces that you will need to sign off on prior to the resin casting process. We will work with you to ensure that you receive the perfect keepsake!

We do not send back the extra unused flowers. If you wish to have them returned, you can pay the cost of the shipping and handling materials. They will be dried and very delicate at this point, so we cannot ensure that they will not be damaged in the return shipping process.

• Keep out of direct sunlight and away from high heat sources.
• Do not use harsh cleaning products. It is best to wipe it down with a microfiber cloth.
• Do not immerse in water. Resin is NOT waterproof, only water resistant.
• Smoking can cause resin to yellow prematurely.
• Resin can become scratched or gouged if handled roughly. Treat it like glass.

We look forward to making a memorable keepsake with you!
